Childcare Programs

We have taken our program to multiple KinderCare locations around Rochester.

Our Programs

Our programs for Childcare Centers are our original Pasta Event, our
NEW Smoothie Sensation and our NEW Afterschool and Pre-K Cooking Sessions (6 weeks, once per week at your location, dates and times are flexible). Contact us for cost and availability.

We are allergy sensative! We have Egg-FREE Pasta, Gluten FREE/Casein FREE Pasta, as well as dairy-free Pasta Sauces. We can also provide dairy-free Smoothies — we can and want to work around your kids’ allergies!

Our Recommendations

*We have brought our program to many childcare centers and make the following recommendations:

Children ages 18-24 months need help staying focused in completing the task and will need staff hands-on assistance — no more than 12 per session, if possible.

Children between 2 and 3 years do better in smaller groups — like 15. We are willing to do multiple sessions in a single day to accomplish this.

Children ages 3-5 can handle being in groups of up to 30. If you have more than 30 children, again, we are willing to do multiple sessions in a single day to keep the numbers manageable.

Older/school age children in groups of more than 30 can handle an open house/buffet style approach as well.

The reason for these group size recommendations is wait time – when there are too many children, the wait gets to be too long. So we reduce the numbers to reduce the wait time as appropriate to their age.

If we are coming for a lunch-time pasta event, we recommend that you provide other food components while children wait for their pasta (i.e. bread, salad, milk, etc).

Our Childcare Center Flyers

If you are all set and we are coming to your sight for a Pasta Event, we have made a send-home flyer specifically for Childcare Centers to download and print. Here are 2 versions to choose from:

Pasta Event Color Childcare Center Flyer
Pasta Event Black & White Childcare Center Flyer

Both of these are in Adobe Acrobat® format (PDF), and require Acrobat Reader® to view and print.
